Art has been a monumental part of Nikita’s life since her young adolescence. Nikita is a published Artist based in London and frequently attends fashion shows, illustrating for emerging and sustainable fashion brands. Her work is committed to representing the vibrant composition of energies through seascapes and women in their natural habitat.
In 2023, Nikita completed her Art training in figurative painting and abstraction at the Art Academy London, to further refine her style and conformation. She possesses a particular interest in Interior Styling and how this relates to her work.
Her artistic approach is largely influenced by the likes of Tamara De Lempicka, Georgia O’Keeffe and Damien Hirst. She is fascinated by anatomy and the mystery and movement of water.
Channeling her emotions into both her color palette and work, Nikita lends wisdom to the large and expressive brush strokes that act as a reflection of her travelling experiences. They serve as a tool to demonstrate powerful other-worldly energies. Her use of juxtaposition of light and dark, coupled with textural abstraction, are employed as boundaries to represent cosmic forces and their connectivity to water.
Her living-space pieces are dedicated to providing vitality and modernity to the home, through carefully constructed texturization and colour exploration.
When not working from her home studio in London, Nikita travels frequently in search of inspiration, translating her experiences through vibrant perspectives on art, born through a fascination of vivid color placement and articulate mark-making.
